How does our buying process work?
- Give us a call, or send us an email
- We will ask you some questions regarding your property
- We may ask you to send some pictures or we may schedule an visit to get a better idea of the condition of the property
- We will determine if we can make you a fair offer on the property. If not, we will advise you, free of charge, on how to best sell the property.
- You sign / accept the offer.
- We begin our due diligence and may schedule an inspector or contractor to visit in the next few days.
- We work with our network of investors to close on the property as soon as possible. Usually this is within 10 days.
How long does it take to get cash for your property?
In some cases we can close and provide cash in just a few days. Although typically 10-12 days is more common.
How do you know you are getting a fair price?
We will explain in detail the offer we are presenting. This will take into account all of the work and cleanup that needs to be done. Please feel free to ask any questions at any time. We are 100% transparent. Any contact we sign must be a win-win for both parties.
Do you have to clean out the house?
No, You can leave behind what you don't want to take with you. We will dispose of it for you.
