Jason Kent, President/CEO
After working in the technology industry on both the technical side and project management side for 23 years, Jason is accustomed to managing large projects with many moving parts and sensitive timelines. Being involved in construction and real estate prior to his IT career it was only natural for Jason to combine his talents and launch Fairlight Properties, Inc. He gets the job done right, on time, and on budget. Jason also gives back to his local community in his spare time, coaching a junior cycling team.

Kenny is currently attending college, majoring in Business, while also focusing on Real Estate. He has a passion for Real Estate and enjoys the challenge of working to restore distressed properties. Kenny also spends his spare time giving back to the community by mentoring a junior cycling team, as well as teaching swim lessons.

Trevor is an award-winning architectural designer who has designed and built everything from furniture, to single-family homes and high-rise apartments. Trevor likes to get his hands dirty, and learned to bring his ideas to life with meticulous attention to detail while earning his Bachelor's in Architecture at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. He's spent the last year broadening his design skills, and recently completed his Master's in Human–Computer Interaction & Design at the University of Washington. Trevor's ability to understand and fulfill customer's needs through enjoyable experiences, coupled with his six years of real-estate and design experience, give our team a coherent and practical creative vision.
